I am so sorry about your break up , I can understand that you are going though a very difficult time in your life .
There is no solution to move on untill you are not ready to do so I would like to give some advice on the basis of my past learning -
1- Keep your self super busy in creativity like writing , learning , reading or dancing .(creativity gives us positiveness and self satisfaction)
2- spend some time with your family members and friends .
3- Watch your favourite TV show or web series , listen your favourite music .
4- Do Workout everyday .It will be help to release your mental stress .
5- Keep distance from social media Apps .(I don't know , i am right but it works with me )
