Hi Keeley. This depends heavily on the guy asked, but here's some standouts from my experiences. For long-time relationships, guys prefer women who:
1. Are pretty (of course)
2. Are intelligent
3. Are funny/engaging
4. Are kind
5. Haven't been with too many guys
6. Can nerd out a bit
But again, it really depends on the guy and what they desire. A friend of mine eventually wants an intelligent and engaging girl, but for now is more interested in non-committal relationships, so the qualities he currently searches for are a bit different.
It varies from man to man. (There is no one size fits all.)
Generally speaking the most common qualities desired are:
Physical attributes - "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder."
Personable/easy going/approachable personality
Shares the same values/wants the same things.
Great sense of humor
Clearly indicates she enjoys his company/desires to be with him.
(Everything else is pretty much icing on the cake.)
