Why is it so hard to trust someone?
Find it hard to trust someone because of a single mistake.
Trust much like respect should be (earned) over time.
Whenever someone has betrayed you the onus is on (them) to make amends. You shouldn't (force) yourself to trust anyone.
Ignoring "red flags" usually leads to heartache. If something doesn't feel right to you it's probably not right for you.
Know yourself, Love yourself, Trust yourself!
