He was said to be a carpenter and it says so in the Bible. I have been told that he only ministered and preached during his whole life. I have also learned that he travelled with is Uncle Joseph of Arimathea to lands other than Jerusalem and Rome. His earthly father was a shipbuilder too. Where does is say that he never worked with his father?

That makes a whole lot of sense. When he did preach it would have had to be on the Sabbath only becasue that was how they did it then and how they still to it today.
He gave service as to what kind? He also went to India to learn how they teach and he learned from them as well as taught what he learned. His teachings about how to live got him killed bcuz of Rome and it was not just them but his own ppl 2.
Sorry but I don't buy all that. Jesus's father was a ship builder and his Uncle bought metals and brought hem back to Rome. They were rich by the standards of .Paul was groomed to inflitrate Jewish ppl to kill them. U can't undo that overnight.
Debra, Paul believed he was doing the work of God & wasn't trying to destroy Jews, he was one. He felt that they were not following God, but a false one & that's why he wanted them kill. Jesus was the son of a carpenter, which wasn't high c

The human body needs food for fuel or it will die. Spiritual food we can get at anyt time. Preaching was only done of the Sabbath day. That leaves 6 days left.
Preaching was done on every day of the week as Jesus had a street ministry and traveled. He was even reprimanded by the leaders for His exhaustive teachings. He shares how He visited, taught and ate with the lost and believers.
There are also other things that he shared but were never added to the Bible that we have today. He had a family and I do not believe for one moment that he up and left them to minister from the age of 1. That would have not been koscher.
Debra let's just share His goodness so we draw people to Him & not away. I respect what you have to say. I was just giving an authoritative answer. Not sure why you posted this; you already have answers. Good chatting with you though.
His greatness is WITHIN everyone. I certainly do not take him or even lead anyone from him. Many religions and churches do when they state that God is outside of us.Let the light shiine. I posted it to get answers and so I have gotten some answers.
I wasn't suggesting you did that, and I am glad you got some answers. We need to know what people think if we are to lead and answer their questions.
Hahahaha! Thanks for bringing some laughter into this. I am sure Jesus had a sense of humor too, only it isn't written down anywhere....that we know of. Heck he may have been joking when others wrote his words down in that book of books.
Charlie when are you going to learn that what you sow you shall reap and I am deleting your answer bcuz it is dis-respectful. Kepp it up my friend and I will report you.
You should see what he talks about on his website Debra and what you have to go through to read it. I did not do that, I only guessed what it was.
I am sure that his brothers and his mother and father and other family members would have loved to here that crass statement.
