Them that speak in an unknown tongue edifies themselves but them the prophesies edifies the church and God. Greater is they who prophecies than they who speak in tongue.

Which Ten Commandments: http://www.positiveatheism.org/crt/whichcom.htm
Protestant, Catholic or Hebrew?
They are confused, they will have idols and statues of their prophet but if anyone else does its wrong.
This is why the Muslims worship God only as the Light .
The original posting is confused. It's a hotch-potch of rules (statutes!) from the Old and New Testaments. And I've just noticed it's not just in the title he's made the typo. It occurs in the fourth item too:
"Leviticus18:4 You shall do God Ordinances and Keep His Statues and walk therein"
So now God has statues too?. Maybe the poster will come back and reveal all..
Nice one.The last great prophet Guru Nanak (some may say Bahá'u'lláh ) was also against idols and temple worship as man tends to worship the idol rather than the spirit in him which is in all human beings.Yet I see nothing wrong in respecting anything which is a representation of the divine.
Today you have the Gurudwaras and many statues of the prophet. Its fine. as long as you understand he is a representation of the divine which is also in you.
You guys are like moths to a light. I can't catch as many fish when I go fishing, as these posts "catch" you (all).
I love it!
Cast your net to the other side of the boat.
(Wasn't that once someone's advice?)
Me too
Hey - what did you think of my response on anger - or were you just fishing?

The 10 Commandments are a given. Don't list them. We know what they are.I think the list of laws and commandments is exhaustive, particularly in the Old Testament/Tora. I'm curious to find out what ALL the laws and commandments are. Please list as many as you can and clarify why, by scripture, they...

When has there ever been a time in any part of history where everyone, altogether has given God a chance? And mostly I am talking about the 10 commandment. Period, nothing more, nothing less, no need to tell each other who is right or wrong, just 10 "seemingly" simple rules.
