Whether you like it or not, karma always gets ya in the end.
Basically karma is the reality we perceive with our senses.
It is the consequence to every action and the impetus towards the next outcome. It is the process of rising and falling, living and dying, action and reaction. A flower comes from a seed, the seed was the condition which led to the consequence of there being a flower and karma is the growth of the seed into the flower and eventually the withering away of it.
Everything that we say or do, we speak or act into creation. From that point forward we are responsible for the ways in which our creation changes reality. However, in that regard we are perpetually in the path of the creations of others. One should never think, "what will happen when this gets back to me," but "how will this affect those in the path of my creation."
It is like a boomerang, do not aim at others, and think first of who may be in its path before you throw.
I practice yoga and meditation. During my practice and readings I have felt like i have come home. Personally i believe that the creator did not stop at creating the earth. Science has proof that their are many galexies outside our solor system. many planets, beyound that, an astral plane. We have a soul. You don't have to be told you have a soul. If you think deeply into your self you feel it. As you know deeply that you have exsisted before. If this is so, it would seem very ignorant to not believe in karma. in past lives. In the fact that we progress.I would hate to think that this is it, that i do not have the chance to attain a higher state of exsistence . A higher goal than this one life. It is the nature of a being to go reach out to the ultimate exsistence to know it. And to become it. Keep reaching to that self that knows deeply there is more to reach out for. I believe that we reach that goal only by lessons learned here and through karma.
Karma is related to the eternal soul passing from one body to another body. The living entity i.e. the soul will engage in activites that will result in favorable "good" and unfavorable "bad" results. This is one of the great laws of the universe. The body is where the karma is experienced. Some people view Karma as cause and effect through out time.
Best wishes.
In this earthly life, Karma is inevitable. Even breathing is karma and hence none can remain here idle since he would be breathing any way. Every action of an individual is a karma even if he sits idle, he will be thinking about some thing. That is karma.
Everything we think and do is Karma. It's impressions on mind. Doesn't matter if they are good or bad. A computer is not bothered with morality of things stored in it's data base. It just stores. Our mind stores impressions. Regardless of issues like morality, ethical or evil etc etc. These impressions are Karmas. As you sow, so shall you reap. Just like whatever is stored in hard drive, is retrieved back. What impression our mind stores... Comes back the same...
