Who is that who would decide? And how narrow would the 'pass' and 'fail' point be? 70% goodness over badness, and you go to heaven: 69.99% goodness...sorry, mister, you just dipped out. It's oblivion for you! Do you really believe this stuff?
Everyone 'goes to heaven' - everyone. That is, our physical bodies are shed. We - the essence of us, the consciousness which Observes and Witnesses, the REAL US is immortal. There are no favourites; no right or wrong beliefs. These are beliefs created in the minds of men.
The Holy Bible states in the Apostle John's Revelation Epistle that for certain satan, The Anti-Christ, The False Prophets, will be cast into the "Lake of Fire" for eternity.
It is also stated in the Holy Bible that Jesus, when he returns, will visit those in Hades, to ask the dead non-believers, if they wish to change their mind and accept Jesus as Lord and Saviour. Those who still refuse, will be cast into the "Lake of Fire".
Lastly after the Seven years of the "Great Tribulation" those people still living, will be given one last opportunity to accept Jesus, those who still refuse will be cast into "The Lake of Fire" and Jesus will set up His new kingdom.
