What does it mean to dream about exorcism or crosses?

Dreaming about exorcism was followed by feelings of fear and surprise but also determination to fight back to the demons. Dreaming about crosses (many of them, different colors and sizes, standing in halls recumbent against the walls) partly in shadow and partly illuminated by the big burning cross - there was no fear, but again surprise and respect.

It means, write your dream down because it may be giving you the outline to a good horror story.

Ha, ha...good answer. No, I am not good at horror stories. I do not even like watching horror movies.

Hi Vox smile I think the meaning of these dreams are going to depend, in part, on your religious beliefs and how much of a focus they are in your life. Since I don't know that information, I'm going to say that the exorcism dream is about you wanting to remove a part of yourself. It's most likely some part of yourself that you see as wrong or bad.

My experience has shown is that it is better to try to acknowledge and integrate parts of ourselves that we don't like or judge harshly, rather than do away with them, because excluding parts of the self can cause psychological difficulties. Look at the aspect you see as bad and consider the flip side - what is the positive benefit of this characteristic?

I think the crosses dream has spiritual significance because the associated feelings were positive, but I don't know in what sense. Maybe it's simply a reflection or acknowledgement of your awe of Christ, of Christ within you, or your connection to your spiritual nature.

To connect with the dream symbol, find a little bit of quiet space, close your eyes and call up the dream image in your mind. What words or emotions immediately come to mind? Whatever the words or emotions - they are describing where you are spiritually right now.

The crosses of different colour represent the beauty of the kingdom of God; and obviously, you (my opinion from the info) feel a need to get rid of some burden, or something that is bothering you about yourself.  Just my two cents.

I think it means the dreamer has seen the commercial for that new movie *The Rite* too many times smile  I think usually the things one sees or hears are the things one dreams about.  At least it is true in my case.  I have very vivid dreams that I always remember, and usually can trace the source back to something I've seen, heard, or done.

IT could mean many different things.
    1) If you are religious and you feel the need to provide your knowledge of religion or fight back against evil then you're a preacher or exorcist.
    2) You eat something before you go to bed (tends to be my problem sometimes when having odd dreams that is)
    3) You were high when you went to bed.
    4) You are just having a religious battle within your head
    5) You are about to embark upon a journey where you gotta choose the right or wrong way.
    6) You are being given a chance.

thats all i can think of at the time so let me know if you like my replies = ]
