I do not expect this thread to live on I just want to know ??? I have been wondering if there is some kind of payoff for making the most comments on the forums? Is there a race to be # 1 on the list? It seems that there are some that their only purpose in life is to dump their four or five word non sensual comments any place that they can find to dump them on. This might be OK if they were not trashing the rights of the others to communicate openly. Where do we find the rules for this GAME,
what? where did your pic go? are you allowed to leave the religion forum?
to be serious, this question is absurd, what exactly is making you so upset?
NO. No payoff, some people dont talk like you do, some people are bored. Some people come from a different background or whole other country then you do, so ..there is a language barrier as Hubpages is in english and not everybody speaks it as their first language.
PLUS you said nonsensual...I think you meant ...nonsense? completly different words...
my point is, you are not the only person who has the right to speak....
The only word in yer thread I understood was the word " rights " which everyone has as you so rightly say. A Forum is actually a place to voice that right in whatever way one wants regardless if it's 5 words, nice avatar btw, suits ya
I must actually post a few links to some of my hubs that I wrote on the other site I used to be on before the buggers banned me. Twas there loss though, hubpages love me cause I am a shy and caring girl. Hands up if on Thursday night ya fancy a party and a look at loads of my past tales, my past unfolding before yer eyes, omg I kinda like the idea !
That was a quick roll of a lot of people having fun. Good stuff. I just wanted to comment as to why a person will jump all over as many threads as possible dumping everywhere just for bragging rights of being the most talkative.??
who knows? I myself, sometimes say stupid stuff, with no intententions whatsoever of bragging, or being hurtfull. I suppose, everyone has thier reasons. And lots of times the reasons get taken the wrong way?
NOTE: Sorry, I meant topical and not tropical. Too bad we can't edit our headlines.HP closed a topical forum to new replies for the first time in my memory. You can see why by looking at the posts on there. https://hubpages.com/politics/forum/340 … d-by-4chanNote the line at the bottom that...
I know you can have more than one account on HubPages. However in talking to someone recently, I realise I'm fuzzy about the rules. Can a staff member comment on the statements below please?I know that when you're posting in a forum thread, you MUST stick to using one...
Hey Hubberville,Just curious- How do you surf the forums? Do you have multiple windows or tabs open at once? Or do you use feed to scope comments made? The main reason I ask is so to understand better about what's going on in the forums, as a whole.I'm working on a side project and could use some...
This might be my last forum post because I am tired. I can't be wasting my time beating a dead horse.HP is a business and they need to start treating their business more seriously. They need a task force to sit and brain storm about how to keep spammers out in the first place.I know that I have...
I've been to several forums over the last year or so and have come up against the same couple people, time after time. They are usually in forums where discussions require opinions and ideas of a political/societal/scientific nature. These people will troll the forum topics, looking for...
I am new here so it's possible this has been suggested before. How about a debate forum, separate from the other forums, where contentious topics can be debated? So, if people wanted to discuss, say, a philosophical topic in the Religion forum and someone jumped in and started debating,...
