The flesh is the physical attraction. The eyes are the window to the soul when you know you have the physical working with you - at least thats my take!

Exactly what it sounds like. Lust of the flesh is carnal knowledge of someone (having sex). Lust of the eyes is physically desiring someone based on their sexual appeal.
They are one and the same. All belongs to either the flesh or to the spirit. If it doesn't belong to the spirit it belongs to the flesh.
