How do you decide what is right and what is wrong?

What sometimes seem right to one person might be wrong for another. So how do you decide what's the right thing to do and what's the wrong thing?

You make a good point, morality is by and large a subjective concept. So the best way to live life morally would be to tolerate other people's vision of right and wrong. The obvious exception would be when someone infringes on another person's basic rights. These rights are universal, and they are the right to freedom, physical safety, and the pursuit of happiness.

As long as you can stand the consequence with regards to the decision that you've made- you did the right thing smile

Let your conscience be your guide. Intuition can lead you or your inner spirit can show you the way.

If my God say "do not do that" that is wrong, but if my God say "do that" that's right.

If you do something that affects someone that you know you would not want done to you then it is wrong.

You cannot decide this. It's all relative unless you have an absolute.
