How do some Christian bring persecution on themselves needlessly?
Are there any examples in your area? How can one avoid bringing unnecessary persecution on himself?
For a true Christian - no. For stumbling Christians trying to find THE way - sure. If one is to stand against this prevailing tide - persecution is a way of life. Unnecessary persecution? It's all unnecessary. A religious person must arm themselves with knowledge.Truth will imprison before it sets one free. Spiritual people need not arm themselves.
Persecution complex - this is general and not just Christians - the victim role is an important component of a martyr complex. It justifies in their mind that others are responsible for their pain.
Or it could be an authoritarian's rationalization of their persecution of others.
any one who show and living THERE faith its for that person or group and SHOULD be respect for that. any person or group of people who persecute that person or group of people for doing that has a problem and will make up any reason to do what they do instead of living and let live
I think they may believe that persecution comes with the territory
Some Christians tend to try to force their beliefs on others and do not walk in the love that Christ was all about. This opens the door for non believers to strike back.
