   to some you could be an annoying person, for others, you might be their lifesaver, if you have children, you mean the world to them, for your gf/bf/partner you mean everything for them......you cannot please everybody...
   
   am enjoying my life every day, everyday is a new day for me, yesterday is history....we go on living...we just dont forget lessons we learn yesterday...there are just many things in life that you cant do it twice, learn a lesson everyday...YEAH...I think I am making sense now....do I?????????

          Being "blessed" isn't why? I am thankful for anything.
          
          "I Think, Therefore I Am!"
          
          I Am My Own Individual ("GOD",per se) Person, because I Guide Myself.
          
          And, Like Jesus Christ originally said- "Worship NO FALSE God!", and I don't.
          
          However, I have no religious ties to any religion or religious group.
          
          Jesus Christ wasn't a teacher of religion.
          
          He was a teacher of Consciousness. Who taught follower during the most ridiculous "MYSTICISM" age of humankind.
          
          He made people realize that they answer to no one, other than themselves.
          
          I understand that- there I am Thankful.

             well said, how about I think therefore you are not..just kidding, in the world in which we live in---there is room for fools like you and me, whetherr you choose to believe or not,,,its your choice....i just gather that no man is an island, you still live in a society, you need it, they need you, why not need them while youre living, see the main purpose of religion or philosophy is for everybody to believe in order, laws etc, because if there is no order, it is not orderly,,,got headaches if theres no order.....

    Yes, I am thankful.
    
    1. According to Jainism, it is very difficult to get incarnation as human. Most of the souls are incarnated as creatures, animals and beasts. I have born as human and this is the most auspicious and precious. I am thankful for that.
    
    2. I am thankful because I have got the second rarest quality in the universe i.e. ability of listening. I can listen to any body and acquire knowledge through that. I am thankful for obtaining that inherent quality.
    
    3. Yes, I am thankful because I have obtained the third rarest quality in the universe i.e. faith.
    
    I have faith on right things and right words. I can listen to and can have faith and belief to those right things.
    
    I have acquired fourth rarest quality partially i.e. to act upon right things. I am persuading to act fully.
    
    (sacred Jain texts say these four are the rarest qualities and virtues in the universe that lead a person to salvation).

          Life is Eternal, but not in the manner in which you think.

    I almost died about 6 months ago when someone cut me off and I slid half way down a slope towards a 50 ft cliff that fell onto oncoming freeway traffic.  It took 2 tow trucks to pull my car out, and it almost rolled down the rest of the slope after they moved it about 4 inches.  Since then I have been thankful for every day I have!

    I love this topic it has a way of bringing me back to basics.
    I am grateful today for this twenty-four hours. For the fact that I woke up in a nice comfy bed, there are many that do not.
    I am grateful that I have enough to eat for myself and my children,so many are hungry.
    I am grateful that I am tired from a day at work, there are many unemployed.
    I am grateful for the little bit that I can give back to others for all that I have been given.

       A very nice will to live.
       
       It means YOU are not ready to simply lay down and die. I commend you.
       
       Some people don't have the will to live. I know- my grandmother and her 29 year boyfriend were separated for 1 year, because she was diagnosed with dementia and institutionalize.
       
       She was taken away from him. He died 1 year later. Then she died 11 months later, the same year. Him in January, her in December.
       
       Again, I commend you.

    Just had another birthday, crossed another milestone, have less pain today, yes I am thankful to my God, family, friends and all who contribute to my being.
    To the world of Hubpages the educational and emotional forums that wet my appetite for learning and growth, teaches and reinforces my ability to manage my emotions and determine what I respond to and what doesn't matter to me. To accept the things that I am not responsible to change and tackle those things that I can.
