What about a product of science? Natural science? The science that we don't comprehend yet? Nature has still kept its secrets. Natural evolution has its understanding in science.
In the sense of a "Creation" of the Father, yes, man was formed by YHWY but I think the word "Manifestation" best describes man receiving the Breath of Life from the Father. He took his "Is"ness and pushed it into the body of man and thereby gave man consciousness, a soul with free will to make choices. Science can tell us some things about what was done, but can't describe how it was done.
I would say that god is a creation of man. Unless he was some sort of alien that came from the stars, then he was conceived of in our imaginations, made real in writing and made divine by time.
I've always thought of it the other way around, with God being a manifestation of man.
Reminds me of a joke I heard. In Soviet Russia, God created man.
