Did God create Eternal Death?
Take into account that He leaves us to our own harm. He gives us the right to choose between good an.
Eternal death for the flesh, Yes. Eternal life, Yes. Eternal life in Heaven for those who accept Jesus into their hearts. Eternal suffering in hell if they don't. You are right, He does give us a choice.
I suspect that God didn't.
It seems that we did. By our individual decisions to take the forbidden fruit (ego), we chose to fall from grace into the pit of darkness: physical reality.
When we chose to hold physical instrumentality as more important than God, we chose the impermanence of physicality and the pain of dichotomy -- action-reaction, good-evil, right-wrong, generous-selfish, compassion-indifference, confidence-doubt and many others of that Tree of Knowledge.
When we give up our attachments to this world, we accept the gift that Christ gave us to return to the Father.
Eternal death is the lack of continuity of consciousness, because we depend upon these Homo sapiens bodies for our consciousness. With spiritual reawakening, we regain our birthright of continuity of consciousness as a child of God and no longer need a physical body for that awareness.

If God did in fact create everything and nothing happens without his ok...Then wouldn't it stand to reason, that God created the devil and sin as well? This seems to say that all the sin in the world comes from God. Thoughts?

In the Biblical creation story, the world is wholly good and is governed by a wholly good God. But the ancient Israelites, who originally put the story on paper, read it in an entirely different way than Christians do today. We read the story today as it is told by St. Paul in his New Testament...
