I really don't know what makes me happy..But, there are some moments when you feel so cheery... Happiness is momentary I guess. It can't stay all the time.

I feel so relaxed when I'm soothed by the warmth of a loved one...

Being with my grandchildren and hearing them laugh about some silly little thing or some silly face I have made.  It is absolute joy. And when I think about them, the things they have said or the funny things their mama tells me they do, I get very content and happy.

Happiness is a relative state of mind and its a very temporary always.
The real happiness for me can be different in different mood and time. To see the happiness in the eyes of my son is real happiness that does not change with time though he is always growing up and the means of his being happy is going through rapid changes always.
    Thank you

I always want to remain true to whatever I do. This gives me immense inner satisfaction and no troubled thought. Along with this I want my families ( pre/post marriage) remain trouble free. If they are in pain due to any reason it simply ruins my day. I remain cool and calm if they are O. Kay.

Thus, my inner satisfaction and the happiness of my both the families keep me happy in every situation.

I a echoing Shampa's thoughts here.  Family, friends and knowing yourself are priorities.  Having faith and trusting God are also big on my list.

    Mine is simple.

My family is my happiness. First my wife then my children. Soon it will be grandchildren ... That's happiness to me.

I enjoyed this question. Happiness for me is Compassion; simply observe people and listening to them but not taking anything they say personally.
It's as if I am viewing someone as they truly are, pure and in that moment.
It is then that I can see their suffering and where it is coming from.
Then I develop more compassion towards people and see all the beauty in them
even if a person is angry.

Real happiness for me is anytime I'm with my husband, son and daughter.  Being goofy and teasing each other, watching my kids laugh and just spending quality time together makes me extremely happy.

The real happiness for me is when I see others happy.  Its being content with knowing that all will work out the way its supposed to.  I am happiest in the balance of contentment when my environment is on an even keel. Where nothing bad is happening... and nothing overly good. It is peaceful. Peace is rare.
