What do you think of this quote by Gandhi?
What do you think of this quote by Gandhi, "My religion is based on truth and non-violence. Truth is my God. Non-violence is the means of realizing him."
Peace and non-violence is the base of many religions, it is up to people how they interpret it. Gandhi would be a great, peaceful and non-violent man with his religion or without:)
To me, it means that TRUTH is the highest of all values and therefore, it is holy; it is God. Through peaceful acts and behaviour, understanding everything around us and being non-violent we reach God.
Truth always brings happiness and peace in your life and non-violence is the best weapon for any war, it has power that everyone bow in front of non-violence and you will always get the positive effects.

"All compromise is based on give and take, but there can be no give and take on fundamentals. Any compromise on mere fundamentals is a surrender. For it is all give and no take."---Mahatma Gandhi
