Have you ever been told that you were or are an answer to a prayer?

There have been a number of times when a person had been an answer to my prayer. And they never even realized it until I told them. It is amazing how God will place people in your path to answer your prayer, people you would sometime least expect.

Yes I so agree with you, it has happened on here. God has placed a couple of people as signs for my prayers. It is amazing. He will lead me right to where I am supposed to go and there it is, the answer to my prayer, for what is going on in my situation right now.

Like you said, people do not know they are leaving you signs unless you tell them.

And just this morning, I was led to a girl requesting certain prayers and was given the words to write her. I know I am her answer to her prayer.
Wow this just happened to me with someone on here the other day.

God knows where and who to lead us to for sure
    Thank you
    Laurie

God uses people - even non-Christians - to answer our prayers. He is truly an amazing God. As you point out, it's important to tell someone that they are an answer to prayer. We need to thank the person as well as thanking God; it can be very affirming for them, too. God uses so many different ways to answer us, but we need to keep our eyes open to realize this, or the opportunity may pass us by.

BlossomSB- You have made a good point, we should also thank those who God has placed in our paths to answer our prayers. Many thanks for answering. God bless.

Yes. A few years ago I left a Christian book on a co-worker's desk, having felt led by God to do so, and then left there for the day.  The next time I saw her, she gave me the biggest hug because she had been talking about reading that very book to another co-worker either the day I left it for her or just prior to that (I don't remember exactly).
I had seen God work in ways like this before, but she hadn't, and she was truly amazed that her need could be met so quickly and in such an unexpected, to her, way.  It was really special for me to be able to be used in this way and let her experience God's care in providing for her like that.

Alise- Evon- I enjoy hearing good reports such as this one. The book you left behind for your co-worker truely must have been a answered prayer or she would not of been so amazed. Thanks for your answer.

Yes! I have a friend she had a breast cancer and after her chemo, she is emotionally and physically exhausted....  then when we visited her me and my sister, she told us that she was praying to send someone who can comfort her and gave her hope. We just told her that my brother had a sudden death and he was not able to tell anything to his wife who was nine months pregnant then, and he left 3 more kids. And what she is right now, she had all the time to say and love her daughter and his husband.
And there was this friend we saw each other in the hospital and asking me to help him, ( because they are about to dismiss in the hospital and they have no money to pay) The doctor told them that his father diagnosed of cancer was not be able to live for a week and because they have no money they've decided to take his father home. I have no money that time to help him but I have so many friends in the hospital because my son was been there in the hospital for almost three months and I have gained friends, doctors, nurses, and hospital staff. And turn out that they were discounted 75% and he told me: "Thank you"  I've told him "Thank God because God put me in your way to help you.

Yes many times.    In fact I will go so far as to say, if you have not then you need to ask God , why not?
Since God uses people to do His will on earth, any one following and listening to the Holy Spirit should be being used for His purposes.  Like MT 16:16  these signs should be following you.   Of course also remember that you will not always know, but my experience shows me that when He gives me a very specific plan or action that this is usually when He is using me in this manner.   You dont have to be told by the person when this happens, but it is great when you are.
Of course if you are doing things to get the accolade then you will probably never be confirmed.     You must allow Him to use you His way with no thought or desire for recognition, but out of Love.

Thanks celafoe. You are right, being the answer to a prayer should not be for the perpose of accolade. But knowing is sometimes a blessing in itself. Thanks.

I'm busy trying to keep up with all of these answers today.
