What person, book, song, or movie has had a positive impact on your life?
There are many people and things that impact our lives on a daily basis. I thought this might give us all a chance to have a little fun, think about who or what has positively influenced us, and at the same time say thank you to someone or something.
The book by Beverly Engel "The Right To Innocence" I am a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, but I was a victim until I read this book! I had never thought anything good about myself. I always focused on my faults. But after reading this book I realized I wasn't at fault for the sexual abuse that happened to me when I was just a child I had no self worth until I read this book. This book changed my entire life path and by doing so I became a survivor.
Deborah, I believe that your answer is proof that there is an answer in the world no matter the hardships that we face. We may have to look hard for it, and sometimes we just have to be open to it. Thank you for an outstanding response.
I've had an abundance of positive impact.
Yeshua of Nazareth is one, but so is Gautama Siddhartha Buddha and L. Ron Hubbard.
The Bible and also the Zohar, both written by Kabbalists.

Book - 'The Bible'
Film - 'The Passion of the Christ'
