Does GOD care about bad people?

In the Bible God says it's not his will that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. So why don't people like repentance?  And is there hope for those who don't know Christ and acknowledge him as Saviour and Lord.

God cares about everybody.  It says in the bible that God is sad when a bad person dies.  He loves everyone equally.

Thank You For your input on this very touchy subject and I agree God loves everyone equally. For all have sin and fallen short of the glory of God! That's why He gave his only begotten son because he SO LOVED THE WORLD! That all might be saved

People don't like it because it's hard, & no one know's how to do it..Repentance has to be learned/practised then realised, & repentance can't be spoken or intellectually gotten..So people should practice & train in repentance, & get to the bottom of all their negative emotions/feelings & thoughts (which takes months)..Then once they understand how to repent they can then set about following the 8 fold path (for example), or just keep doing the logical right thing until it starts to become them (which takes more months)..I personally don't worship any god, but i do feel there is one..So I've not been brainwashed by any religion, & i have looked into religion..I found some very wise helpful words, that i still use today..People are going around today totally trapped in their own mind matrix, & the collective mind matrix..Those people can't repent, because they have nothing to repent their all brainwashed!.."forgive them, they know not what they do", yep, because their actually brainwashed into being idiots!lol.

God Cares for all. He gives chance to bad people to turn good before they die. When ever we are sad, or in any crisis or any other problem, where there is no way out, no hope for us , we always think about God and seeks his help! Why? Because he want us to go back to Him and become PURE again. He gives this chance equally to all his people, the good ,the bad all!!

It's unrealistic to expect people who don't believe in God to repent.
Most people who don't believe in God also don't believe in the Devil or hell either.
Ideally people should do right by others not because of some payoff in the afterlife but simply because it's the right thing to do period.
