Jesus Christ is the son of God who came to earth to save the world; not to condemn it.
He is our Savior who died on the cross for all's sin if they will just accept him. Once you accept Christ your sins are erased and your name is written in the lambs book of life. Accepting him means you are Heaven bound my friend.
Jesus is probably just a legend. If there was ever a real person that this character was based upon, we can be assured that he was nothing like the embellished legend. There is no scientific evidence to corroborate that any such person, with the attributes of Jesus, ever existed.
We love Jesus because we were INDOCTRINATED....programmed to. The main reason that we love Jesus is because of the alternative...going to Hell. If given the option of going to Hell or loving an unknown unimportant character, fear will make the decision for us. If children were taught how to think about Jesus instead of what to think about Jesus, He would be relinquished to the trash pile of other mythical characters.
This is all psychology....No Gods have ever been proven to exist outside of the nonsense of human imagination, therefore the concept of a Son of God is mere folly, based on nothing but presupposition.

Is it true that ONLY the ELECT as in the CHOSEN people will be saved?I have an ongoing debated with a friend of mine and I disagree with her premise. I believe God loves ALL people. He wants ALL people to be saved and not JUST the ELECT or shall we say CHOSEN. I have a hard time...
