This both an excellent and complexed question. One could easily conclude the highest form of intelligence is "Creativity." However many conclude that creativity is a product of "intelligences" rather than a separate intellect. In other words creativity comes to form after significant sensory information has accumulated in our grey matter and this grey matter has "worked" with it to multi-associate it; thus the result is creativity.
On the other hand, since creativity is the product of intelligences perhaps it is on a plain above the other intelligences? Thus higher!
For all of my intelligence, obviously I missed this important fact. Indeed you are correct...
