God made you & me. So don't you think it's an insult to surgically change your facial/body features?
I believe that i wouldnt because i would feel as though I would be insulting my parents, of whom i have resemblance of both, i think that is speciail
Have you ever seen the outstanding surgery that has been performed on children who have been born(made by God)with cleft palates? And do you think the child should go through the rest of his/her life not even being able to look into a mirror or leave the house, just to please some invisible God that has never even been proven to exist?
I do not think it is an insult. If god gave the person enough money to change their features then why not. Many still can not afford the change because the cost is too high. I guess for me the purity of the soul is more important then other matters. If changing themselves make them love their self more then it should be fine. Unless they are changing to cheat or for some criminal reasons than it is No No ..
