It happened right after the world was created--though it does not say that directly in the book of Genesis.  In the beginning there was nothing, and then God created everything.  We know that by the time Adam and Eve were in the garden, the fall of Lucifer had already happened because he was cast from heaven and sent down to the earth.  A lot of people think he is in hell.  He is not hell yet.  He is here.  He won't be in hell until Jesus throws him in the lake of fire at the end of the 1000 year reign.

lucifer IS NOT THE DEVIL, lucifer is the king of babylon.  see vs4
the casting out of heaven happens in the end time, has not yet happened.

Is that why Jesus said:  "I saw Satan, as lightning fall from heaven." If Jesus SAW him fall (past tense)  it already happened!

this happened when the 70 were casting out demons, showing the power of Godis greater than that of satan,   has nothing to do with your false claim of lucifer being satan.
