Are we more products of our circumstances? Or, of more of our decisons?
I think both. I could wander for hours looking back at my life to discover an answer to this question for myself. I see many times the flow is circumstance → decision. And, I see decision → circumstance. So, perhaps it is a circle circumstance → decision → circumstance → decision.
Every life-force's physical manifestation has a predetermined purpose and the life-force within each is destined to imbed the emotions associated with the manifestation into themselves. All life-forces are on earth to feel everything any earthen being is able to feel and experience the circumstances they under which feel it. Once that sojourn is completed the life-force is provided memory of them (John 14:16 & 26) which will give them "dominion [ability to exceed earth and everything hereon] power" Genesis 1:26-28 promised the man manifested beings.
