No!!!!!!!!
But, there is a imitation happiness, that people have. Money, sex, drinking, parties, drugs, lying and etc.
The OP is irrationality stated because it has no foundation and lack true knowledge of understanding life itself.
where do you live inside you head, surely not in the United States of America.
Some of the worst, most lonely, horrific times in my life happened when I tried to believe in a religious god. It is a little insulting to say the only happiness that people who are not religious can have is ...."Money, sex, drinking, parties, drugs, lying and etc."
What about family, children, the simple joy of taking a walk on a foggy morning, listening to music, reading a good book...and etc.? (and don't tell me people who believe in god don't enjoy sex....)
You misunderstood me I said these are some of the imitations that people are saying makes them happy. But, If God is not in you Life then these family, children, the simple joy of taking a walk on a foggy morning, listening to music, reading a good book...and etc want make you happy, I know!!!!!!!!
ohhhh sorry about the misunderstanding. I tend to do that a lot.
Hey Justine, you didn't misunderstand what was said. He is just trying to manipulate you to see his side by claiming you cannot have the happiness with family, friends and other things without god first.
So, in the end, you didn't misunderstand- he apparently refuses to grasp the concept of life without a god. He isn't interested in learning, just manipulation.
Here Here! You got some good ideas for happiness!

For an atheist, what is his/her state of happiness based on? Do atheists have more free will? Do they have more love in their hearts? Do they have more hope in their ability to survive? Are they more sociable and charitable? What is the advantage of not believing in God... or IS there an...

Fix Reason firmly in her seat, and call to her tribunal every fact, every opinion. Question with boldness even the existence of a God; because, if there be one, he must more approve the homage of reason than of blindfolded fear. ... Do not be frightened from this inquiry by any fear of its...

This is because logic and reasoning alone cannot lead to the perfect cognition of G-d.Everyone’s thoughts are welcome whether one belongs to a religion or no religion.Regards

Since when is America a "Christian" country? I challenge anyone to find a single mention of Jesus Christ in any of our founding documents."God" does not equal "Christ." I swear to God, yes. I swear to Jesus His son? No.One nation under God, ok. One nation under the...
