How do you know that he does high five?
Well, if he does high five, he probably does it with the baby who died.
It is generally thought that babies who die become angels, and since your question has to do with God, dying babies and something to celebrate, it must be that they are happy to have escaped the misery of living in this world and to have been blessed with the joy of living as angels in eternity.
Just curious... is this question based on the belief: "God I have you to blame for all the misery in this world" or...???
It really is a strange question.
Reassuring to know I am not alone in wondering what is the true purpose of a child suffering. When a child is born with an incurable condition is their suffering and that of the parents some sort of earning points (for an after life) challenge?? If so -
