here is a question for all if the human race had to prove it deserved to continue to exsist on this planet what arguments would you have to prove ye do???? not the beauty of the planet which was already here just the human race..........so go on defend yourselves
I eat enough animals to prevent their overpopulation and the subsequent destruction of the ecosystem
Human beings could always improve; that gives hope
We are part of this ecosystem for better or worse. So who would have the authority to judge what we have done here?
The intergalactic super advanced (tree hugging) aliens.
A perfectly logical question. Who would we have to justify our actions to?
A good question....
Do we as a species deserve to exist...
Have we given back anything that would merit our continued existence...
The probability of that statement being true is not zero.
new life depends on extinction on earth . otherwise it would truly be a crowed planet. i hope if asked this question we will be able to answer . we were just leaving!
Can it really be this hard to come up with something good about humanity?
We love, we nurture our young...So do all other forms of life....
We create art...
I can defend myself but not the species. I would be an excellent caretaker of other animals in need.
and still no defence not looking good for the human race is it i mean the judge has so much in thier favour war self destruction hate anger the list is long so come human race prove you deserve the right to continue to live and exsist on this planet...............
Who's the judge? The human race is a collective of individuals. Can we defend our own behavior, or that of our species. They're different questions.
The intergalactic super advanced (tree hugging) aliens.
(and it was humanity we are defending not individuals)
Individuals are humanity though. Are we all the same?
Ok when a team goes and competes, it is the team that wins. Yes they are made up of individuals but the team is also an Entity.
When you defend just yourself and not humanity, are you going to be defending 'all' your molecules collectively or do they have to each defend themselves individually?
No, what I was attempting to say, obviously not very well, is that I couldn't defend humanity. I can defend myself, and also point to a few errors in my ways, but I cannot defend my species. They have done despicable things, but not with my blessing or approval.
Knight - when a rabid racoon bites a human, we don't annihilate the entire racoon population. When a lion attacks a trainer, we don't annihilate the entire lion population. I stand in defense of my life on the planet and my worth as a human. I vow to protect other animals who cannot care for themselves. Do away with the warmongers, rapists, abusers, haters. I shall not lift a finger against the judges.
I think I've got it.
Defend Yourselves is the answer.
We as a species tend to defend those that can't defend themselves. We root for the underdog! We sacrifice even our own lives to protect others, not just other people but all kinds of others.
That is a why we should be aloud to exist.
We shouldn't hand to defend ourselves. We have squatters rights.
the human race is being judged as a single just as the human race judged other races as weak or beneath them american indains africans turned into slaves the point is if you had to defend the exsistance of the human race how would you do it by reading the post already put down all i see is arguements about judging individually and i live my life good as a whole the human race is on the block so defend it there is no question about individuals i know alot of you do live good lifes from what i have read about ye but i am asking how do you defend the human race not individuals and so far ye have not stop thinking like individuals would be a start now try again if you think you can defend the exsistance of the human race............
Would you destroy Sodom if there were one righteous man? This is my defense of the species.
I've already answered that question, I can't defend them.

Where/what is the origin of the human race? Were we created here on Earth? Evolved here on Earth? or is it possible we originated from another planet?Cave paintings in Africa indicate space travel, and the squat ape like images of early man may be a result of the difference in gravity between the...

They couldn't care less about the planet, all they care about is the environment they live in... the earth has been here for quite some time and I highly doubt a few cars and plastic bags will harm it. It has survived so much; volcanoes, earthquakes, getting hit by space rocks, global...

Humankind is at the "brink" of self destruction. To 'survive" as a species it must "adapt." Adaptation is Natures prime law for imminent success. Will our genetic programming for predation overrule "reason" and perpetrate an interminable slide into extinction?Pls...

Arguably mankind is the most destructive being on the planet. Why?Why do you think man, as a collective, has historically tried to destroy that which he fears, to oppress that which is the same as himself, his fellow humans? Do you think we will ever overcome our own fear? I think...

I don't have a religion, but I am a pantheist. The reason I chose pantheism is because it isn't a religion, although you can make it one if you wish. Pantheists can even be Christian. I look around me and see nature as the only power. Everything we are, everything we build, everything we destroy,...

An atheist at a presentation given by the philosopher William Lane Craig asked why, if the holocaust was morally abhorrent, is the flood not even more so? Hitler never favored the near extinction of the human race. The flood, if true, would have wiped out most of the population of the...
