I've heard the bird is the word!

What is this Gospel, and who is Jesus Christ?

Yes, I have heard of the Gospel of Jesus. Not of Jesus Christ.

However, I'm not going to discuss it, due to circumstances beyond my control. wink

I also read Indiana Jones & the Temple of Doom, and Harry Potter & the Sorcerer's Stone.

The character, Jesus, was very dull, childish and silly in comparison.

Praise God that we have also heard the gospel of Christ! He has risen and we are set free from all sin and even religion. Thank God for Jesus Christ and the relationship we are allowed to have with Him. Freedom and eternal life is certainly found in Christ, our Lord & Friend!

Jesus IS the Gospel! Plus, the question is, "have you heard, the Gospel (OF) Jesus Christ", not " The Gospel (BY) Jesus Christ.... So...DS...Have you heard?

It's one of the ones that they decided to leave out...  Can you imagine what harm it would have done to Christianity?

The Holy Ghost strums the cords of our heart to the eternal lyric, "Joyful be the lost, for the Gospels declare them found". Come, let's sing as one, in mighty chorus! http://www.audiobible.com/bible/matthew_1.html

Amen to that Disappearinghead! After discovering I could have a relationship with Him...I quickly peeled off the religious view I had of God and found that the burden of Christ truly is a light one and so free! Woo Hoo! Yeah!!
