England defeated Australia at Lord's, the "home of cricket," for the first time in 75 years. I didn't know this fact until I read my morning news paper. Congratulation to all English Fan.

Our team got distracted by that Barmy Army song, and the girls singing it, and forgot how to play cricket.

Anyway, Good on the english team.
Their next win at Lords will be in 2084 lol

It wasn't the first win in that long - it was the first at Lords. The 2005 Ashes featured English wins too, just not at Lords.

And yes, this series is proving fantastically exciting, go Freddie Flintoff!

Sadly, looks as if Kevin Pieterson's out of the rest of the series, he must be gutted.

You can't gut an England player man for being injured. It's wrong and it's unhygienic.

Ricky Ponting on the other hand, will deserve to be thrown in the croc pool when he goes home with yet another Ashes series defeat to his name.

if you are boring then why are you cursing other for loving it.
You are suffering from adrenal gland disorder that you have so much anxiety and you cannot watch a test cricket match.

i instead prefer test over other formats.

WOW.!! I had no idea cricket fans were so passionate and aggressive !! Gutting a player, throwing him into a croc pit..? Man, I thought yelling " throw the bum out " in baseball was rude..!

Just kidding...I know zip about cricket other than they make these funny noises at night...

I'm not boring...I just find cricket boring and my adrenal glands always seems to have a disorder when cricket is mentioned....of course cricket isn't the only boring sport(if you can call it a sport!!) take a look at sport on tv...it knocks the good programs off on normal tv....television henchmen keep it on it's own channel, so I do not ever have to see an advert for it!!

I think the Australians are lacking a decent bowling attack. With Mitchell Johnson out of form and Lee injured they struggled.
