Tiger is experiencing a slight form slump, I say slight because even now at this time in his career, he is still above most other golfers regarding his playing ability.
Tiger is under so much scrutiny and pressure to perform these days, for one reason or another, whether off course or on course, that any minor slump in his form is seen as a loss in his 'mojo'.
I believe with his talent and ability, regardless of what commentators may say, and what difficulties he needs to overcome, he will no doubt rise to his previous stature as the rightful number 1 golfer in the world.
Can he get it back? Absolutely.

Tiger Woods dominance has been predicated on his tireless work ethic on the practice range. That being said, due to his life's follies of late the lack of ritual in his preparation has shown through. Let the dust settle a little more on his personal woes and give him time to rekindle his true love of repetition and once again he will stand alone.

He said it himself. He hasn't practiced as much as he needs to.

Whether you believe it or not to be the best you need to practice a lot.
