What sports do you do most often?
what fun or benefit do you take?
Football (as a cornerback) and poker. One for the body and one for the mind....
Jogging and cycling as I gain weight easily.
Both help me to keep to a 'just about' right weight as no sooner have I jogged, I eat and like to chump down 3 hearty meals a day.
Both have turned out to be routines now which if I don't do, I can't fit in my clothes and that can be expensive to keep buying!
horseback riding and martial arts, hiking and rock climbing occasionally, when I get the chance
I cycle a lot and also play a lot of Cricket and Soccer during my free time.
I love playing volleyball and do as often as I can. I also run, and play softball.
