Lift weights like normal, but in addition, do High Intensity Interval Training.  I wrote a hub on how to do interval training here: http://jaredbangerter.hubpages.com/hub/ … l-Training

Plyometrics is a great way to build muscle and provide a good cardio workout.  If you've ever seen the P90X tapes or the Insanity workout videos, that's what these cover.  There are way too many workout schemes and videos out there, but the truth is, if you stick with a workout and a good meal plan, you're going to see results.

I love this question. Many women think they'll look like Arnold Schwarzeneggar if they lift 3 pounds over their head 10 times. Truth is, it takes ALOT of hard work and specific training to put on muscle bulk. Still, light weight and higher repetitions is best for lean muscle.

If you're talking about women, then it's extremely hard for women to get bulky.
That's because you don't have testosterone like men do. It's testosterone that makes you look bulky. So don't worry, lift weights and you'll build muscle smile
