Does Thurman Munson belong in the Hall of Fame?
One of the greatest catchers in Yankee history. Although by today's standards, he doesn't have the numbers, he was a true winner. '76 MVP, 2-time World Series Champion and 3-time Gold Glover.
Great player but will never make the HOF, his career was too short to have the numbers, sad but true.

Does Don Mattingly deserve to be in the Hall of Fame?Now I know he does not have the numbers, but I'm not a stats guy. I go by what I saw and he was a great Yankee. Yes, it matters if you play in New York. The pressure is that much greater. A .300 average in NY is like a .325 average in Kansas...

Does Mark McGwire deserve to be in the Hall of Fame?My opinion is absolutely not. He clearly benefitted from juicing and his performance in front of Congress was disgraceful. I would vote in Bonds and Clemens, but no one else from that era.

In my opinion, Pete Rose is the greatest hitter to ever step on a baseball field and should be in the Hall of Fame. I'm sure there are players in the HOF that have also done some immoral things in their time. Isn't the HOF based on the players performance on the field? Should the steroid era...

Luke Donald won the PGA tour money list and the European tour money list, both in the same year. If he doesn't win a major is this historic feat worthy of the golf hall of fame?

He was caught gambling. He has been permanently banned from baseball including the Hall of Fame. Is this a fair punishment? Are there other players who have committed worse crimes who are not banned from the game or the Hall of Fame? Should they be banned?
