What's the perfect macros ratio to gain weight?
Is there any perfect ratio?
If yes, what is it?
If no, why isn't any?
To gain the most muscle with the least amount of fat (or even sparking some fat loss), I like to use the calorie breakdown of 40 percent carbohydrates, 30 percent protein and 30 percent fat.
@JThomp42 do you think everybody who wants to gain weight should use that ratio? Or that's the one that works with you, but might not work for others?
