well youtube give code which can be used to embed video..it is in public domain and i dont think it requires to have account on youtube...some video are disabled for embedding on request of company/person who uploaded video...only those are unavailable....
The videos I want to use (they are in my post now) di have embed code but I'm still not sure, I may contact the owner and ask, but meanwhile I did finfd this interesting entry dealing wit the matter that says almost OK but not necessarily. Thanks.

No you do not need anyone's permission to post a YouTube video any place online.
No you don't have to register with YouTube to embed their videos on web pages, blogs, hubs or any other place online.
Not only do you not need permission, the people who made the video on youtube love it. It is free promotion for their video. If they didn't want you to do it, they would not offer the embed option.
It's okay to upload videos to your blog or articles and I'll tell you why. read more
