    Feedback on your majic jack computer phone.

    I have had it for a few years, and every time I tried it, it sucked!! Computer lag, noise on the line. So I tried it again last month and they must have updated some of their software, because on same computer, same home phone, its working brilliant!!!!! If you have just tucked yours away get it back out.. its working fab!!

    I understand your pain. When I first got mine, I put it away after using it for about 2 weeks.  Almost a year later I hooked it back up and talked to online customer support at least 5 times within a month.  I am now in a new location and dont have as many problems with it BUT..... after an hour and 30 minutes (exactly) the phone cuts my conversations off.  If I attempt to call the person back, I get a fast loud busy signal.  I haven't even bothered asking customer support about this.  I just have dealt with it. I've read online that they put a cap on your phone call minutes to prevent "abuse"..... what can you expect for $20 a year?
