If a cruise ship wrecks, breaks down or anything I believe the travelers should be reimbursed all or part of their money. You paid for a vacation, nothing more, nothing less.
They have already said they will be getting some money back.
They are. They're getting a full refund, plus a voucher for another cruise.
I agree they should be compensated. I think Carnival PR was one step ahead with this considering their sister Italian cruise line, Costa Cruises had a poor response to the shipwrecking incident.
