How can I contact the administrator who hasn't reviewed and published an article.
I totally rewrote the article as the violation was because it was almost an exact copy of something written for a different website. Didn't know I couldn't publish something that had been submitted elsewhere on the web. Still haven't had an answer as to why this resubmission of rewritten article hasn't been published.
Hi! I would try firstname.lastname@example.org This is also the address the Weekly HubPages news comes from. Hope you hear from them soon!
Send your concerns to email@example.com. As for not knowing that you couldn't publish something here that had already been published, there is an entire page you have to click through (the one with the enormous graphic) that refers to the preference for ORIGINAL works. ;-) Email firstname.lastname@example.org and they'll help you out.

How does your hubscore drop when it hasn't even been published yet?I was working on a hub and wasn't able to finish it in one sitting. So I saved it to return later to edit. When I went back, the hub score had dropped below 50. How is it changing when it shouldn't even be published yet?

Why hasn't Donald Trump published his tax returns? If you check the panama papers searchable database, Trump sure does seem to have a lot of offshore companies. Has he not released his tax details because he is dodging paying tax, or is there another reason?

Once done with creating a hub, when we try to publish it, this is the message we are getting "This hub has been submitted for publication, and will be published once it has been reviewed by the administrator." Previously it was not so.
