Which state in the US seems to be the one that taxes the people the least ?
Some states tax percentages on the sale, on vehicles, on property, on businesses, on animals, on anything they can. Which state seems to tax the least and easy on the money taking ?
Alaska, Florida, Nevada, New Hampshire, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming have no individual income tax. Lucky them!
Alaska, Nevada, and Wyoming have no corporate income tax, and Alaska and New Hampshire have no state sales tax.
It seems Alaska is the least "grabby" so far.
My own state (Virginia), a commonwealth, grabs our wealth as often as it can through personal property taxes on vehicles (although less now than 20 years ago), permits, licenses, registrations ... it's a long list.
