Do you write exclusively about travel on Hubpages? If so, I want to follow you.
I would like to follow more people that only write about travel here on Hubpages so that when I go to my feed I will see all things travel related - bliss!
Actually, I write mainly about my life of drugs, prison and life-changing conversion. However, feel free to follow me, anyway. I just followed you!
I'm about half and half: psychology and travel. Feel free to follow.
I write mainly about travel destinations, where to stay, what to see, the culture and history, but recently I have been re-assessing my writings and have removed most of them from hubpages. I hope toi start writing again in Feb. Fell free to follow me, and I will follow ou
Hi... Most of the time I write about travel, trekking, and expeditions and sometimes the interesting people I meet there...
I am doing a series on the Caribbean, but not finished yet. You reminded me that I need to get back to writing.
I have several travel-related hubs, but I do not exclusively stay within the niche.
Till now I have written hubs about travel but I am thinking to write on other topics also but I love to explore world around me and sharing my experiences.
That appears to be the direction I am headed as my travels increase but I cannot say I am exclusive to travel writing as I tend to throw other things in from time to time (such as recipes and opinion hubs) I would still love to have you follow me and perhaps my travel articles will benefit you somehow! Have a wonderful day!
Yes, as far as this outlet (HubPages) goes, I write elusively about travel. However, I have no formula or format that I follow. Basically I free-write, first-person descriptives of my experiences (traveling to, from, through, or visiting some place) from my perspective. While I try to keep in mind certain aspects which will serve a reader (attractions, landmarks, unique fare, etc.), I am more addiment about poetically conveying how the journey felt to me and the impressions the environment through which I traveled left on me. I hope this answers your question and I invite you to join me through my travels as I endeavor to write of my experiences in such a way that the reader (you) may too feel as if s/he has been there (or better yet, become inspired to see for him/herself... or in the very least, become excited about exploring the world around them!)
That sounds interesting to say the least. Will certainly join you in your journey.
It is interesting; and even though seemingly mundane or perhaps not always "note-worthy," every foot-fall, planted beyond the other side of your threshhold, plays out as the "travel-story" you make it to be! Welcome aboard the journey of "my shoes."
Writing about destinations I've traveled to is a main focus for my Hubpages but I also like to write about other publishing opportunities (some in travel) and odds and ends. I've been putting up several videos and lots of photos so hope you will check these out!
Hi! Thanks for contacting me!
While I am also very passionate about travel, I do not write exclusively about that subject. I've just returned to the States after several years of living and traveling in Asia and have settled temporarily in Florida. I started this blog to dust off my writing skills while discussing off-beat adventures I've had in the area and covering local issues and topics. I may be traveling and moving around in the next few months, so hopefully I'll keep up with the various locations in which I find myself. I'd love for you to follow my blog even if I don't always discuss travel!
I have a lot about travel as well as other subjects .However for the next year as we travel to Singapore/Europe /Britain/USA/Canada/Alaska all my new hubs will be about travel lol !!
Travel hubs are my favourite !
I write about travels as i love to travel but not as exclusively as you are saying here. Life experiences and feelings through out is also a very much TRAVEL experience for me and I like to write about them as well. AS i consider life to be a journey .....LOL. I write poems and other feelings together about the TRAVEL EXPERIENCES OF LIFE Till now.
Thank you though you may not be interested to follow me as interest area does not match so far but i enjoyed replying your question here.
Your Hubs are on really interesting topics and beautifully written. I'd love to read more Hubs about where you are living in India!
Many thanks dear......for your kind comment here. Take care and I am following you as well.
That was my intention. I have discovered that many of the places I have traveled didn't have pictures to enhance the writing. Many places I would like to write about didn't allow pictures.
Other places have changed so much because of political unrest my information is useless. Nonetheless travel is still my passion,
I had found other roads to travel that are nearly as interesting.
Do I Ever..? Check Me Out..! Two Hubs of the Day and More to Come...!
Hi, I write almost exclusively on travel destinations, tips, planning, and related. I'd love to have a new follower in you!

How do you generate ideas to write about? For example, I take words and look up their definition. Any idea that pops into my head I write about, or try to form a story around. Sometimes I will take latin words and work them into a story, too. How do you form ideas for articles or hubs?

I am still new to Hubpages and have been enjoying a rather successful start. Thank you to those who have voted my articles up and those few of you who have begun to follow me. But I have noticed one thing of late and maybe it is the way it goes but I think it is disrespectful. I have commented on a...

It looks like a fourth of my feed lately is comprised of new people wanting the rest of us to tell them how to write. All day I get request after request for help on passing the Quality Assessment. I mean Really? Many of your requests are just one step above being a jumble of mis-spelled words...

Have you noticed that the high earners on HubPages appear to follow very few writers themselves?Could it be said then, that it is more important to have a following than it is to follow back other writers and Are we spending too much time commenting at the cost of writing new content?
