Attending travel meeting for my 16-year-old daughter's HS trip to UK. What questions should I ask?

Ask for exact details re all arrangements and whether their are "just in case" plans of action for different stages of the trip.  Listen for anything open-ended that could present problems (not the sort of thing that amounts to "we'll do such and such, then if there's time we'll…). If you are not in charge, you'll want to know what to do if something happens to the one in charge at all stages of the trip.

That is good point, if the person in charge gets sick or has to handle an emergency, who takes over?
