if you could pick a time of year and you could go back to it would you do it? and why and what year would it be? to fix a mistake maybe for some? Or simply to just see what a certain time was like? it will be interesting to see what people would want to see or hear and why!!

My answer isn't as exotic as some.

I'd go back to about 1977, IF I could make different choices than I made, and erase the hurt I caused others as well as myself.  But that's just impossible, so today is what it is and I'm glad I'm forgiven.

Then again, the U.S. wouldn't have been credited with a great victory...changing history dramatically...

not that, THAT, is a bad thing! smile

This statement puts you in the same level as himself.
Killing someone is a crime. No matter who you're killing.

I'd go back to the 13th or 14th century - to England or Scotland. That period fascinates me.

    16th century, Venice.

For some reason I'm fascinated with the place and the time.
I've been to Venice more than once. I just have to go there whenever I can.

I would prefer to go as far back as to the beginning of humankind's first arrival. To be exact- to the specific point, when the first human became conscious.

It's exact date is undetermined by all of science. smile

just seemed like a good idea.

for fun i would like to see the dinosaurs in person. can you imagine?

also biblical times, as sort of a fact-finding mission. plus it would be cool to meet Jesus.

I love dinosaurs...hell, Jurassic Park is one my favorite movies (I often get ridiculed for that for some reason!)

And meeting Jesus would be...very daunting...awestruck!...It would be like meeting the most famous person, ever. Haha...what would you say? Knowing me, I would try for something humorous and I would totally bomb..

this is me, "Soooo, a rabbi and a priest walk into a bar..right..." smile
