Cassidy Cornblatt is the author of two young adult fantasy novels, A Broken World and Discordant Tones, as well as a shorter work entitled Poetry and Photo Travel Guide: Italy. He has lived most of his life in Carroll County, Maryland, where he has seen tractors driven to school and principals kiss pigs. He has been licked by a giraffe, sprayed by a geyser at Yellowstone, and has stood upon the ramparts of the castles of Spain and Portugal. He is currently pursuing a double degree, triple major in Biochemistry, Cell Biology and Molecular Genetics, and English at the University of Maryland, College Park, where he was awarded the prestigious Banneker/Key Scholarship.
