Monster Job Search Quits Unemployed Americans

As if morale could be any lower in the United States of America a new day brings something worse. I have been seeking employment for over the last 10 months. Just as I write on HubPages everyday religiously so to do I fill out job applications. And I send our about 50 a day everyday for the last 10 months. I have an advanced degree. It is paid for so I am all paid up for that high powered corporate job but I can’t even get the job as the janitor.

Applying for jobs if the first thing I do in the morning. And while the stock numbers have looked better in the last few days which means corporate welfare is on the rise. No jobs.

My local newspaper probably publishes three job openings in a week.

I am also signed up for other job search engines. Most positions I am applying for I am over qualified. But I need the job. I want to be able to care for my family and provide for them. It is really that simple.

Over the last month Monster and the other job search engines have stopped sending me positions to apply for. They have given up on trying to find a job for me. The other search engines have also stopped trying to find a job for me. Now I think this would be only appropriate if I had a job or if in fact there were no longer any jobs available.

This is most troubling for everyone in the job market because it is a sign the there may not be zero job growth but negative job growth and unemployment will be rising in the USA. I can’t imagine an internet company specializing in finding people jobs no longer sending them positions. And it isn’t just Monster but all of the internet job search engines.

It is the quiet moment before the storm when everyone realizes that absolutely nothing has changed and more and more people are becoming impoverished. This is worse then the Great Depression because the great depression was over in 5 years. We have endured this for over a decade and all the wealthy people want to sit on their cash and don’t care for the ordinary people.

One thing is for certain it is a sad day when you are dumped by Monster.

Have you been dumped by an Internet Job Search Company?

Did Monster or another Internet Company fail to find you a job and then dump you?
