In which HubPages Main Topic Category will you NOT likely write a hub?

I will probably not write a hub in the Autos category or in the Games, Toys, and Hobbies category. I lack knowledge and interest in both. Share your reasons.

So many topics ... but as you have chosen here, I will probably not write a hub in the Autos or Games category for the same reasons you state here.

I'm pretty unlikely to write about being a parent...seeing as how I'm not a parent, I'm unqualified to discuss the issue much....regardless of what the keywords pay.

I guess the answer is going to be generic. Would not write in a category that I have no knowledge about.

If we were to ask those into cars the same question, they of course would not list auto in their answer of what categories they would not write in.

I can't think of another reason as to why someone would not write in a topic category. Possibly not to have a legal conflict with something ie their work place?

I wouldn't expect someone whom consumes drugs for example, and knows quite a bit about the topic, would write about it, so as to avoid anyone finding out. So possibly fear of embarrassment or revealing a personal secret could be another reason.

Interesting answer, Organised Kaos. I do think some hubbers challenge themselves to hone their research skills and expand their knowledge about a topic and write about it. But I think there has to be some interest there to get motivated.

I would most likely never write about Gaming or electronics.  There are other writers who have more knowledge and experience than I do.  I'm not much of a techy person.  But I do enjoy a video game with my son now and then.

I would never write a hub about cars or gaming because I know nothing about them.  I am a good cook, but not interested in sharing recipes.

Politics or religion. Because I wouldn't want to offend anyone with my personal views, especially since I am Australian and may have different views on these topics to Hubbers from other countries and cultures. Also, I enjoy keeping my Hubs light-hearted and tend not to write about debatable issues.
