Okay, I'm old and can't remember who sings it, but here goes:

"Knock three times on the ceiling if you want me.  Twice on the pipes (knock knock) if the answer is no."  SHEESH.  Next on the list:  "Tie a yellow ribbon 'round the old oak tree."  Great, now I'm singing both of them.

The Eagles (I think) I absolutely hate this song and yet I know most of the words...and those show how stupid song lyrics can be...'Love will keep us alive....'yeah right

I was standing all alone against the world outside you were searching for a place to hide

Lost and lonely now you've given me the will to survive
When we're hungry, love will keep us alive

Don't you worry sometimes you just gotta let it ride
The world is changing, right before your eyes

Now I've found you there's no more emptiness inside
When we're hungry, love will keep us alive...............
