I know some of you didnt even know I was gone and thats cool.

However i have many emails asking me where I have been.

Well I have been quitting smoking.  Was very difficult to come on the computer and not smoke.

i have written a hub about my 10 days of not smoking so go ahead and have a gander.

I know i am so far behind and i will be working my butt off to get caught up.

    Anyways thats all for now.

    Cheers

    Dale

I applaud you Dale, it's a tough thing to do but a smart thing to do too. I can remember how tough it was for me 14 years ago when I went cold turkey. Best thing I ever did. Congrats and welcome back.

I do believe that because even now its getting easier.  It seems the addiction isnt so bad now as compared to the habit

Hi Dale, welcome back.  Nice to hear you're on your way to quitting the evil weed.  I guess you've been automatically associating smoking with being on the computer, kind of like a smoke and a coffee at breakfast.  Congrats on your progress. Soon you'll be able to taste real food again (so I've heard...I've never smoked).

I have wondered how you were doing, Dale.  Glad to know you've stuck with it.  I knew you could do it.  If I had to bet money on someone doing something they set out to do, it would be you.  I know it's been tough.  Hang in there.

Well thank you so much, if that isnt a boost of confidence not sure what is.

Today is day 11 and to be honest its almost like I wasnt a smoker.  At least for now Im not missing smokes, at least barely missing them.  I do get the short lived cravings, but a few secs and they are gone

      Cheers
