Whatever IS the best way certainly has nothing to do with HP; some people don't realize that but it's the truth!  You won't get rich here!

Rich with hubpages, maybe not.  But the reality is that you can make a significant amount of money via hubpages if you understand niche marketing.

Making a blanket statement like you can't make a decent income with hubpages is alot like saying adsense doesn't work.  Just because you don't make money doesn't mean it isn't possible.

If you know how to use Hubpages you can make very good money as a result of this place.

People who are not willing to put in the time, effort and learning will go no where.

I believe people who say you cant make money here may just be bitter and havent really done what it takes.

Click bank will earn you more money. But the only problem is you got to put a real big effort in promoting your products until you start seing results. Don't mean to discourage but once you set up your account and promote your products in the right places you could make a lot of money.

If you want to learn more on making money by creating a website check out my Hub on making money online

Affiliate marketing is a really great way to make money, although there is a certain amount of learning and time, effort and commitment to pour into it.

Affiliate marketing is one way, but online writing and freelancing in other ways works just aswell.

Clickbank shows thousands of products that you can market, advertise and promote.  But everything really boils down to your marketing, advertising and promoting (or MAP).  If you are geared into this, to become a true-blue internet marketer, you should be doing it the right way, by MAPping.  I actually have a free people search engine that is mapped into clickbank, hdpublishing, trialpay, US search and match.com.  All products are under one online business and free to join.  The forum under this business holds a lot of information about internet marketing and about the people search business.  This is the proper way to do online business.

The best way to make money online is with your own product.
It takes a lot of work, but you can see real money for it if you get it right.
A friend of mine is currently pulling down 8k a week after expenses with just two products.
He still has time to play farmville and socialise online as well.
It took him 2 years to set it up, and cost so far has been 21,974. USD.
He spends around 4k a week on adwords.

        I agree!

I earn my living selling my own products on line. I don't make a fortune (like Earnest's friend!) but enough to keep a roof over my head and pay the bills.

I love working from home, being my own boss and using my creativity smile

That takes you to the first step you need to take. Do your homework and find out what people want, then look for the solution in the form of product. You must not be the one to produce your product, but you have to be the one to market it- to at least affiliates.
          Cheers!

If you are in it for the long haul, you have to do something you have a passion for. Or it just won't work.

    Hi all,

You can start an online business from your home. For this, find out your hobby and in which you are good at. Hone your skills and have faith in yourself. Before starting anything, research a bit on the web and no doubt, you will earn good money very soon.

I can sum it up in two words: hard work.

Otherwise, forget it. If you don't put in, you don't get out. And Hubpages can turn a pretty penny, so don't knock it. If you've any kind of SEO knowledge and you claim otherwise, you need to relearn what you think you know.

When people start out a question like this with the word easiest - not a good sign. Whatever you do in life - requires a huge amount of effort to make a huge amount of money.

The word easy has never been associated with anything I've done. So I can't give you any advice.

Oh man, I just looked at this guy's profile. I need to learn to do this BEFORE I reply. He just wants attention. And so probably employed a sock puppet as well. I will pick up on this sooner in the future

I have to agree with Affiliate marketing.

To make money online i think you need to make your hobby your job so you'll never have to work again.

This means you'll need to find the right niche and system which will allow you to make money online.

Therefore affiliate marketing allows you to market a product you are passionate about.

That said you can find some links to useful resources in some of my hubs.

Start a porn site.  Then, write up a crappy book about how to make a porn site with lots of details about how attract hawt women to be on it, and how to lure tons of traffic from men with credit cards.  Mostly tell people how rich they can be if they buy your book on how to make a porn site that attracts lots of hawt women and guys with credit cards.

Start an affiliate program, telling people how they can make money in the business of starting porn sites that attract really hawt women and lots of guys with credit cards if they get other people to sell  your book that tells people how to start porn sites etc.

Do that, do it first, and then you'll make money online.
