Someone just recommend this site. Has anyone tried it or know anything about it?

If it's mybizziblog, it's a blogging platform, like Blogger or Wordpress.com or Tumblr, plus some social features.

I don't Plan on Posting Any Articles There Yet, Because They Spam You With Porn. However, MyBuzziBlog sent me a message:

Hello Sheilacraan, we're back online! We've finished upgrading our servers and MyBizziBlog is online and faster than before. However, our support email is temporarily down and should be up in a few days,or less. Thank you for your continued patience and support.

They don't "spam" with "pornographic" material. That's content that's been uploaded by someone else, not affiliated with MyBizziBlog.

And the message you've received was a notification stating they were upgrading their servers to handle to increasing traffic and requests to their site so that it can be faster.

They are charging advertisers $1.50 per 1000 views and the bloggers will get half of that according to their blog....

They also claim that they have now got 3000 blogs - with 4000 posts so that means most blogs only have 1 page!!

They claim that the site has earned a whole $200 since it was launched!!! Whoopee, wow, hurrah..

I looked at their traffic graphs that used to be available if you clicked the advertise with us link a month or more back... They were totally flat zero visitor graphs with a couple of massive 20k spikes that corresponded with facebbok campaigns that they ran to gain users - but then traffic went back to almost zero after so I guess people do not continue to use... These graphs have now been removed!!

But then I have not tried, nor gone past their advertising stuff - so maybe if there is someone out there that has actually tried them they can inform us....

Actually, the admin was uploading the site to a new server so the "Advertise" page was missing and he had to reupload it,so the graph has not been removed. And, they have not used any Facebook Ads or anything like that. Some days traffic has spiked and fluctuated because of referrals and the content of the site. And, you are right about the payment, well partially right. That is only ONE way to earn from the site, there are many other ways to earn on there.

And according to their stats, yes, most blogs have atleast 1 post and there are over 4k+ posts and 3k+ blogs and members. Please keep in mind that the site only just launched in June 2014 and the growth has been 100% each month, so that's a reasonable amount. If you've analyzed the traffic reports for each month you will notice that the traffic substantially goes up each month. And you will also notice certain peaks in the traffic, for the first two months but then you will also notice more consistent traffic peaks as you continue to analyze the following months. That's just the growth in traffic from everything on the site: posts, blogs, profiles, home page, etc. All of which, the admin has no control over,he's just reporting the traffic stats according to the information from Google Analytics. And yes, $200+ have been redeemed on the site. Compared to larger sites, that's not alot. However, it is proof that the site does work and like any startup it will increase as the site grows. I advise you guys to actually try out the site before you discredit it. After you've done so, feel free to do that if you don't like it. Don't knock it until you try it first!
        -Regards

If a site allows itself to be overrun with porn then spam and disreputable activity will be rampant too. There are new more reputable publishing platforms out there that would be safer to write for.
    ie:
    Goodyguides
    writedge
    wizzley
    Whyrll
    dailytwocents

Add a .com to view any of those sites.

    1. Barbara Kay profile image73

Thanks I'll have to look into some of these.

My 56 Hubs have more traffic than Writedge, Goodyguides, whyril and dailytwocents, combined. None of those sites but Wizzley has any traffic to speak of.  Wizzley receives less than 8% of its views from search engines, according to Alexa.com, and doesn't have enough traffic for even an estimate on Quantcast.  Also, it once lost its AdSense account. The other sites don't qualify for AdSense API because not one of them has 100,000 views per day, which is the minimum requirement.

Dale Hyde is investigating InfoBarrel right now and it will be interesting to see what he reports.

I haven't heard of these sites except for wizzley
Wizzley has been a disappointment and I don't know if I should remove my articles are not...hmm

Marisa Wrightposted 9 years agoin reply to this

It could be worth leaving a handful of articles on Wizzley if they have links to your Hubs or other online writing.  Otherwise, I'd remove the rest.

I had to read WF's post twice.   What he means is that his 56 Hubs are getting more traffic than the TOTAL traffic of all those sites combined.   Sad!

Good info, once again. I didn't know that about Wizzley, though I know my articles there perform very badly. I think I need to move them here.

I like Wizzley, but I wish I were making more money there. Right now, it's been a few affiliate sales a month with about 230 or so articles. There is not much search engine traffic there compared to here, even with the latest hit. The traffic on Wizzley seems to come from Pinterest and from people browsing the site.

However, I should add, some people are reporting better earnings.

I like Wizzley too. The community and admin are very friendly and I like the look of articles plus it's very user-friendly. I might hang in there.

I noticed many people make money through affiliate sales there. I'd have to do a lot of work on that because it's not really my forte. I'm also not sure if it's viable, seems Google tends to demote those kind of pages.

Also, MyBizziBlog has a minimum payout of only $0.01 and it is the only writing site on the internet that has an instant payout straight to your Paypal account. It also allows you to enabled adsense, chitika, and affiliate links in your content. It gives alot of freedom.

On MyBizziBlog you are free to add your own Adsense Ads,Chitika Ads,Affiliate Banners, etc in your own posts. It's alot different than what you're use to on HP,InfoBarrel, etc. because it gives publishers alot more freedom on their content and their blog. You can even setup revenue sharing capabilities for you and your contributors (yes, you can invite people to write on your blog and earn).

It's not "overran" by those content. There were only a few of those on the site and the admin is working on filtering those from their Search Engine.

  6. ologsinquito profile image83

There are many ways to earn with affiliate sales there, no doubt about it. It seems as if the people making money are the ones with hundreds of articles.
